These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and agen68 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Service") governing your access to and use of our online entertainment platform, including all games, services, and features offered through https://agen68.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing agen68 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal member account registered by you on the agen68 platform, through which you access services, deposit funds, place bets, and withdraw winnings.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Account at any given time, including deposits, winnings, bonuses, and any promotional credits, less withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to your Account, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Game" means any online casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, sports betting market, lottery draw (togel), cockfighting stream (sabung ayam), or other entertainment product offered on agen68.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, requiring submission of identity documents (Indonesian National ID / KTP, proof of address, and selfie verification) to confirm your identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
• "RTP" means Return to Player percentage, representing the theoretical long-term payout rate of a game.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an agen68 account, you must:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
2. Create a strong password and maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
3. Complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face.
4. Agree to receive communications from agen68 via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications regarding account activity, promotions, and important service updates.

2.3 One Account Per Person

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are attempting to operate more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close all accounts, void all bets, confiscate winnings and bonuses, and retain deposits as compensation for administrative costs and breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must:

• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify agen68 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public computers.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available, for enhanced security.

agen68 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately to our support team.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agen68 supports the following Indonesian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Deposit Processing

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits typically process within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours.
• E-wallet deposits process instantly upon confirmation.
• agen68 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees that are beyond our control.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts typically process within 15 minutes during business hours.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your agen68 account.
• agen68 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) or if suspicious activity is detected.
• All bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details on bonus terms.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

agen68 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional verification documents at any time.
• Investigate suspicious transaction patterns, including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, large cash-in and immediate cash-out without gameplay, or transactions inconsistent with your stated income level.
• Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Freeze accounts and funds pending completion of AML investigations.
• Close accounts and confiscate funds if money laundering or fraudulent activity is confirmed.

4. Betting Rules and Gameplay

4.1 General Betting Principles

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement, except where an in-play cashout feature is explicitly available and you choose to use it.
• agen68 reserves the right to void bets if technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game type. Typical minimums: Rp 1,000 for slots, Rp 10,000 for live casino, Rp 5,000 for sports betting.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply per game and per day. These limits may be adjusted based on your account history and VIP status.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.
• Live betting odds update in real-time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment your bet is confirmed.
• Cashout is available on selected markets. The cashout amount offered may be less than your potential winnings and fluctuates based on live match conditions.

4.3 Casino and Slots Rules

• Sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams originate from licensed arenas in the Philippines (S128), Thailand (SV388), and Cambodia. Matches are officiated by arena judges, and their decisions are final.
• Bets on specialty games are settled according to the specific rules displayed in each game's interface.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at agen68's sole discretion and may be subject to:

• Minimum deposit requirements.
• Wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount).
• Time limits (e.g., bonus must be used within 30 days of activation).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements:

5.3 Bonus Abuse

All content on the agen68 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of agen68 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from agen68 without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

agen68 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 7 business days, provided all wagering requirements are met and no investigations are pending.

12.2 Involuntary Closure

agen68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You provide false information or forge documents.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other players.
• Regulatory authorities require us to do so.

In the event of involuntary closure for breach of Terms, agen68 reserves the right to retain your account balance as compensation for damages and administrative costs.
